Okaloosa County School District Teacher of the Year, Royal Preston, Okaloosa Technical College, along with the other finalists, Ryan Patterson, Destin Middle School, and Morena Mannucci, Pryor Middle School, and the School Teachers of the Year, were honored and celebrated for their accomplishments in and out of the classroom and for the impact they each have made on the students they serve.
