    Controlled Open Enrollment (COE)

    Allowing parents and students to exercise choice when it comes to finding the right educational setting is nothing new in Okaloosa County. Controlled Open Enrollment (COE) allows a parent from any district in Florida to enroll and transport his or her student to any public school that has not reached capacity.
