Okaloosa County School District

The Okaloosa County School District hosted a District-Wide Professional Development Day at the Destin- Fort Walton Beach Convention Center on Friday, January 9.  Superintendent Chambers spoke to OCSD employees about the hard work they do each and every day in our classrooms to make a positive impact on our students. He then welcomed Mr. Todd Whitaker,  teacher, principal, speaker, and author who spoke about Things that Great Educators do Differently. His presentation was insightful, educational, and funny as he gave a few examples of things our teachers could implement to immediately see positive changes in their classrooms. We appreciate that he came to share his ideas with our educators. We also want to thank NTA Life for sponsoring our delicious refreshments!
