Congratulations to Haleigh Moore on being named the Assistant Principal of Northwood Elementary School at the January 12, 2026, School Board meeting! Haleigh was born and raised in Crestview, Florida, where the last four generations of her family have graduated from Crestview High School. She graduated from the class of 2013 and went on to earn her bachelor's degree in Project Management from Northwest Florida State College in 2016.
Haleigh later earned her degree in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to teach and support students at Riverside, Walker, and Shoal River, gaining valuable experience in diverse school communities. Her background in project management, along with her educational leadership training, allows her to approach teaching and school operations with strong organizational skills, planning, and a student-centered mindset.
Haleigh is passionate about building positive relationships at Northwood with students, families, and staff, and she is dedicated to fostering supportive learning environments where all students can thrive.
