Okaloosa County High School Bands Excel at FBMA Music Performance Assessments

At the Florida Band Masters Association Music Performance Assessment, Okaloosa County distinguished itself as the only county among Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa where every high school band earned straight Superior ratings from state-approved adjudicators. This achievement highlights not only the exceptional talent and commitment of the students, but also the year-round dedication and leadership of the band directors. Such success is the result of ongoing hard work and preparation, including countless hours of practice over the summer, and is a testament to the strength of Okaloosa’s band programs.

Congratulations to:

Baker School, Mr. Stewart Campbell

Chocatwhatchee High School, Mr. Tony Dinora

Cresview High School, Mr. Jody Dunn

Fort Walton Beach High School, Mr. Derek Fields
