Crestview High School Principal:  Victoria Hayden

Crestview High School Principal: Victoria Hayden

Victoria Hayden arrived in Crestview when her father received orders to Eglin Air Force Base in 1985. She attended Richbourg Junior High and Crestview High School where she was a 1989 graduate and clarinet player in the BIG RED MACHINE! Hayden has a bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida in elementary education and a master's from NOVA Southeastern. She is certified in grades 1-6, middle grades mathematics, and educational leadership. She started her career in 1993 as a middle grades teacher at Baker School. In 2005, she was appointed Assistant Principal over curriculum and discipline for grades 6-12, and in 2011, she was appointed Principal of Bob Sikes Elementary and is the current sitting principal.

Hayden has an extremely supportive family; her husband of 30 years, Jonathan Hayden, is a former United States Air Force (USAF) and currently works for the USAF and special operations. They have two children, Alexandrea and Bryce, who are products of our great school district. Alex will graduate this week with a master’s in business and Bryce is a Junior at UWF. Her parents, Linda and John Misiewicz, have always participated in the multitude of events at each of her assigned schools. Her brother John is an English Language Arts (ELA) teacher at Crestview High School and her sister-in-law, Hope Misiewicz, is a math teacher at Shoal River. They are truly a family invested in our schools and military.

Hayden is excited and passionate about returning to her alma mater and is looking forward to working with our students, families, staff, and the Crestview community to lead Crestview High School in their continued successes.

Once a BULLDOG always a BULLDOG.
