PUBLIC NOTICE
The Okaloosa County School Board’s RFQU Evaluation Committee will conduct a meeting to review the responses received by the Okaloosa County School District for RFQU 23-01 Construction Cost Engineering Consulting Services and to develop recommendations to the School Board. The meeting will be held at the Okaloosa County School District Central Administration Curriculum Conference Room #409 located at 202 Hwy 85N, Niceville, FL 32578 on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. In accordance with the provisions of Section 286.0113, F.S., any portion of the meeting during which the actual Responder interviews will be conducted is exempt from the requirements of Section 286.011, F.S. and may be closed to the public. The remaining portions of the meeting(s) shall be open to the press and public.
Any interested party who decides to appeal any decision made by the Okaloosa County School Board’s RFQU Evaluation Committee with respect to any matter considered during this meeting, will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The School District will make a complete recording of any portions of this meeting that are closed to the public. This notice does not constitute consent by the School Board for the introduction or admission of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
