THE SCHOOL BOARD OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA will conduct a meeting in its capacity as the Board of Directors of the Okaloosa School Board Leasing Corporation, a Florida Not-for-Profit corporation, for the purpose of reviewing, approving and adopting Resolution No. LC 2023-01 approving the first amendment to Lease Schedule No. 2022 to allow for the use of the shared savings that equals approximately $20,000,000.00 to be applied to District-wide roofing and other capital improvement projects as identified in the Resolution.
The meeting will be conducted at the School District Central Administrative Complex in the Training Room located at 202 Highway 85 North, Niceville, Florida at 8:30 a.m. on April 10, 2023, or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard. The meeting is open to the press and public.
ALL PUBLIC PARTICIPATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE SCHOOL BOARD POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CIVILITY AND LENGTH OF STATEMENTS AND PUBLIC COMMENT SEGMENTS.
