Here we go 2026! We are filled with excitement and gratitude as we begin the second semester at Destin Elementary. January brings a fresh start, renewed energy, and endless opportunities for growth—for our students and for our school community as a whole.
We believe our greatest strength lies in our relationships. The partnerships we share with our students, families, staff, and community are the foundation that allows our children to thrive. When we work together, support one another, and keep our focus on what’s best for kids, amazing things happen.
January starts off with class pictures, there are several field trips planned, we are celebrating the 90th and 100th days of school, have our mid-year progress monitoring assessments and will finish the month with our book fair! As we move forward, our commitment remains strong: to grow bigger in our dreams, better in our practices, and stronger together as a Dolphin family. We are excited for the learning, growth, and joyful moments ahead, and we are thankful to have such an incredible village walking alongside us.
