🏃♂️ PE Boosterthon Fun Run Kickoff - It's Fun Run Kickoff Day! Sign up your student today to start earning prizes!
(Fun Run takes place on April 3!)
2nd & 5th Grade Families
On Tuesday, March 24, students in 2nd and 5th grade will bring home a Florida Department of Health School-Based Dental Program consent form.
This program offers students a free dental screening and preventive services at school, which may include dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and dental sealants with parent permission.
What Parents Need to Do:
Complete all sections of the consent form
Sign the parent/guardian consent section
Return the completed form to your child’s teacher
Forms are due back by Friday, March 27.
