We are excited to welcome students and families back to campus for our 2026 Open House on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
The event will provide families with an opportunity to meet teachers, visit classrooms, and prepare for the upcoming school year before students return to campus.
To accommodate families and grade levels, Open House will be held in two sessions:
VPK through 2nd Grade: 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
3rd through 5th Grade: 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
School doors will open 30 minutes before each session and remain open 30 minutes after to give families additional time to prepare for the first day of school. During this time, families can:
Take photos and capture special back-to-school memories
Pick up car tag numbers
Provide daycare transportation information
Complete any additional back-to-school requirements
Walker Elementary encourages all families to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to become familiar with the campus, connect with teachers, and ensure students are ready for a successful year ahead.
Following the school's motto, "Learn. Lead. SOAR!", we are looking forward to welcoming our Owls back to campus and helping families get ready for an exciting 2026-2027 school year.
