Have the following prepared before Registrar contacts you to bring documents to the school:
a) Proof of residency (1 must be a deed, lease, contract, or mortgage). 2nd proof can be a utility bill or driver's license. b)Birth Certificate and Parent's Government issued ID. c) Vaccines on FL Shot Form (No Exceptions!) d) Physical Examination - Good one year from the 1st day of school.
