As we continue Mental Health Awareness Month at Ruckel Middle School, this week’s focus is on the importance of self-care and staying connected. Taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health, and even small daily habits can make a big difference. We encourage our students, staff, and families to take a moment this week to slow down, practice positivity, and remember that we are always stronger together.
This week we continue to share resources, strategies, and school supports focused on reducing stigma, encouraging open conversations, and promoting positive mental health for all.

As we have entered the second week of Mental Health Awareness Month, our focus shifts to an important and ongoing priority: breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.

Color Run 2026 was an amazing success! We had 235 runners, 30 volunteers, 8 sponsors and over 300+ in attendance! We raised just shy of $6,000.00 for Ruckel Middle School 👏🏾
