Health Academy Students

Six outstanding students from the CTE Health Academy of Northwest Florida recently demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and a passion for service while supporting the 3rd Annual Career Fair at Elliott Point Elementary School on April 21.

Students from Choctawhatchee High School — Ashley Davis, Kayla Evans, and Peyton Farmer — along with students from Niceville High School — Reagan Shinn, Lilly Rodgers, and Jonny Wildasin — played a key role in ensuring the event’s success.

Throughout the day, these Health Academy students welcomed approximately 40 presenters and personally escorted them to elementary classrooms, helping the event run smoothly from start to finish. Their professionalism and enthusiasm made a lasting impression not only on presenters and staff, but most importantly, on the elementary students.

All six students plan to continue their education in the healthcare field and proudly shared their passion for nursing and healthcare careers with Mr. Chambers and the Elliott Point Elementary community. Their commitment to service and leadership reflects the strong foundation built within the Health Academy program under the guidance of their instructor, Ms. Welch.

Their dedication to healthcare excellence truly represents the mission and impact of Career and Technical Education. We are incredibly proud of these students and look forward to the positive difference they will continue to make in our community and beyond.
