The Okaloosa Public Schools Foundation (OPSF) is excited to announce its upcoming Career and Technical Education (CTE) Summer Camps for rising 6th through 9th grade students across the district. These free, hands-on summer programs are designed to introduce students to high-demand career pathways while developing essential skills in creativity, leadership, teamwork, and technical proficiency.
Students will have the opportunity to explore exciting fields including engineering, artificial intelligence, web design, construction, criminal justice, and emergency medical response. Camps will be hosted at several OCSD schools throughout the district and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition, OCSD will offer specialized Emergency Medical Response (EMR) Summer Camps at Crestview High School for rising 7th through 9th grade students. These camps allow students to discover careers in emergency services while learning foundational skills in patient care, teamwork, safety, and critical decision-making.
The district is proud to share that all CTE Summer Camps are sponsored by the Okaloosa Public Schools Foundation, whose support helps provide supplies and snacks for participating students. The EMR Summer Camps are additionally sponsored in partnership with The Frederick A. DeLuca Foundation, helping expand opportunities for students interested in healthcare and emergency response careers.
All camps are offered free of charge to students and will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. each day. Please note that transportation will not be provided. Space is limited, and student registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Through these summer opportunities, OCSD continues its commitment to preparing students for future careers by providing meaningful, real-world learning experiences that inspire innovation, leadership, and career exploration at an early age.
