We are excited to welcome the Class of 2030 to Choctawhatchee High School's Freshman Orientation on Thursday, July 30, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Tee Pee.
Freshman Orientation is a student-only event designed to help incoming freshmen get acquainted with our campus, connect with fellow students, and prepare for a successful start to high school. Students should be dropped off on the gym side of campus.
Throughout the morning, freshmen will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, including a mini pep rally, a campus tour, meeting their SPEAR class, decorating the freshman hall, and learning about Choctaw traditions. Students will also receive their academic schedules, take their school photo for FOCUS, and pick up a free Color Wars T-shirt.
Please note that the free Color Wars T-shirt is only redeemable if the student is present at orientation.
In addition to the day's activities, attendees will receive early access to purchase Choctawhatchee High School merchandise, available only during orientation.
Freshman Orientation is a great opportunity for our newest students to become familiar with campus, meet classmates and staff, and start building school spirit before the first day of school. We encourage all incoming freshmen to attend and take advantage of this exciting opportunity to begin their Choctaw journey.
