Pryor MS Angel Tree Serves 140 Students

On December 18th, Pryor Middle School completed its Angel Tree project for 140 students in the Pryor community. The students were treated to homemade refreshments and visited with Santa Claus before unwrapping their gifts. Some items the students received included clothing, shoes, toiletries, games, bikes, grocery store gift cards and skateboards. In addition, several students received beds, eye glasses, and orthodontic care.

This project was made possible by the hard work and generosity of many community members, Pryor’s teachers, staff, and leadership students (the Pirate Krewe), Beachside Community Church, Neale Orthodontics, Mattress Firm, Jay Ghosh, the 372 TRS/ Det 19 Squadron from Eglin AFB, the Lion’s Club, and Duane Keck, who spent his day with us!

“Thank you to all of the generous people in our Pryor community for reaching out and helping us to provide for these students at such a special time of year,” said Brooke Barron, Pryor Middle School Principal.
