NFB Students Participate in Elks Americanism Essay Contest

Several Northwest Florida Ballet (NFB) Academie students were recognized recently for their participation in The Elks 2017 Americanism Essay Contest: Why Our Veterans are America’s Heroes.

“We appreciate your Lodge and its benevolent role in our community,” said Bretta Berger, NFB Middle School Academic Instructor. “Thank you so much for providing opportunities like this essay contest to engage our students in such worthy causes. We are so proud of our students for their participation.”

First through Third place chapter winners for the 5th/6th grade division were Hannah Jay-Peterson (2nd Place), Avery Warden (3rd Place), and Areanna McCann (1st Place).
