Please take a moment to complete the following survey about your child’s school. We rely on your feedback to continuously improve our schools!

You may submit a survey for each child attending an Okaloosa County school by clicking on the link provided below. The survey does not require a Student ID and is web-based.

This survey will remain open through March 25, 2022.

Thank you for your continued partnership which helps to make Okaloosa County Schools even better!

Congratulations to our Educational Support

Person of the Year Ms. Martha Swords!

Congratulations to Southside Teacher of the Year Alicia Wilson!

School Meals Are Free For Everyone This Year. But If You Don't Fill Out the Forms, It Could Cost Your District!

Did you know that Southside Primary School

is a Title I School?  Because of this, we receive

extra federal money to help pay for remediation,

technology, programs and teachers assistants.

Title I status is determined based on the percentage

of Free/Reduced Lunch students at the school.

This year, because meals are free, less people have

completed the Free/reduced Lunch forms. Please

help us continue to be a Title I school by applying

for Free/Reduced Lunch.

May the 4th at Southside Primary!
