Our athletic program is here to assist young girls and boys in the process of learning. We strive to teach each participant the value of team work, a strong work ethic, sportsmanship, respect and personal discipline. It is our goal to support academic achievement, self-respect, and good behavior. Our programs are competitive, striving for each player and team to reach its full potential. Tryouts are held for each sport and announced well in advance. Students are required to have current parent permission and physical forms on file before trying out.

If your child plans to tryout for or play any sport for SRMS,
please make sure they have the following forms:

  • Updated Parent Permission Form (which must be notarized)
  • Current Physical
  • Concussion and Heat Related Illness Form
  • Consent and Release Form
