Okaloosa School District Parent Survey – Now Available!

Parent Survey

Parents,

Please take a moment to complete the following survey about your child's school. We rely on your feedback to continuously improve our schools. It has been a challenging year, and our teachers and staff have worked hard to provide your child the best possible education in a difficult situation. While you may feel that some questions do not apply this year based on your situation, we invite your input in every area that is relevant to you and your child.

You may submit a survey for each child attending Okaloosa schools by returning to the link provided below:

This survey will remain open through Friday, April 16th.

Want to get involved??

The School Advisory Council is made of parents, teachers, school support staff and community members who are committed to making Shalimar the best school it can be. We are looking for new members! The Council meets four times a year (typically right after school) and provides input on the school’s performance plan. We also review the bullying policy, parental involvement plan, and decide how to distribute A+ funds.  It is a great way to learn more about and contribute to Shalimar's educational excellence.

There are five vacancies on the Council for the coming year. If you are interested in serving on the Council, would like to nominate someone else, or object to the current roster of nominees please email jennifer.lewis@okaloosaschools.com by September 30th, 2020.  Our last SAC meeting for this year will be held May 26th, 2021 @ 2:50 P.M.  We'd love to have some new faces join us this year!!
