John Spolski, FWBHS Principal, Named Principal of Principle Award Winner by Varsity Brands

John Spolski, Fort Walton Beach High School Principal, has been named the Principal of Principle Award Winner by Varsity Brands.  Amidst the cheering of the students and staff at the school’s first pep rally of the year, the Varsity Brands representative, Rika Cuff, presented Spolski with a check for $3000 and a crystal trophy.   Representatives from Herff Jones also presented him with a personalized school ring.

Varsity Brands’ Principal of Principle Award recognizes the principals who understand the essential link between school spirit and student achievement and therefore supports academics and athletics alike.  This principal is personable, active in school activities, encouraging to students and faculty, and innovative in his/her approach to education and engagement.

“Principal Spolski ensures that every student at Fort Walton Beach High School has the opportunity to engage in school activities through participation, social media, pep rallies, athletics, clubs, and events,” explained Professional Counselor Dr. Linda Dugan.  “He makes school spirit a priority, and will go to great lengths to keep students excited and engaged.  Principal Spolski is a principal of great principles but most of all he is an incredible leader that creates a school spirit that leaves a positive imprint in every student’s school experience.”
