North County International Fair

The North County International Fair was held recently at Shoal River Middle School.  There were table displays of a variety of countries representing items specific to each country.

Entertainment consisted of instrumental and vocal music and heritage dances indigenous to Panama, Central America, Columbia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Hawaii.  A Filipino poem was recited as well as a presentation about Crestview's sister city Noirmoutier, France.

Many participants were adorned in native dress.  At the conclusion of the program, a feast of international foods was provided.
