Laurel Hill Students Build Book Shelves for School Classrooms

Earlier this year, Laurel Hill Students began a project recycling left over lumber from a previous project and designed and created 31 book shelves to be used in classrooms throughout the district.  The project was inspired by assistant principal Greg Brock and agriculture-science teacher Jerry Gregory.   According to Gregory his shop classes do activities arranging from woodworking, to welding as well as planting trees and vegetables. This project was the work of several of his students.
