April 3rd update
- COMMUNICATION – As I will be monitoring your students’ progress, you (and your student) will periodically receive emails from me. Please acknowledge them so that I know I have made contact. If your email address or phone number changes, PLEASE NOTIFY GUIDANCE!
- PACING GUIDE - FOR WORLD CULTURAL GEOGRAPHY ONLY - Unfortunately for the “Final 9 courses” Edgenuity does not have the pacing guides posted; however, there are ways that parents can see their students’ progress:
A. Have your student log on their Edgenuity Account
- Click on the course name
1.You will see:
- Exactly where they are working on
-. Assignments they have completed
- Scores they’ve obtained.
B. Please NOTICE if your student is not progressing at a steady pace and speak with them.
- COMPLETION OF WORLD CULTURAL GEOGRAPHY ONLY - PLAN OF ATTACK – You and your student will need to decide their plan of attack to finish this class. Will they (A) complete a lesson a day for each subject or (B) complete a class and then move on to the next class. There is no right or wrong strategy; it’s what works best for you and your student. KEEP IN MIND, THE END OF THE SEMESTER AND YEAR IS MAY 29TH!
