Ms. Downing has a B.A. from the Univeristy of North Carolina in English-Comparative literature and a Masters Degree in Teaching from Liberty Univeristy. Her fifth year at Choctaw, Ms. Downing teaches English 2, AP-Language, and IB Language A: Literature.
