Semi/Formal On-Campus Dance Dress Code Regulations
Girls Dress Code
• Dresses should be of an appropriate style for a school function and should be below fingertips.
• No Low cut dresses (front or back), backless or laced-up dresses (dresses must have solid material from the shoulder blade down)
• Slits (above the fingertip length) will not be allowed.
• Dresses which are tight or too form fitting will not be allowed.
• Dresses of a transparent material are not acceptable.
• Shoes should be acceptable for dancing; we do not want students taking their shoes off and getting hurt on the dance floor.
Boys Dress Code
• Boys are to wear dress slacks (not jeans), collared shirts, ties and appropriate shoes (not sandals) to the dance. Sport coats are not necessary.
• No shorts, sagging pants or collarless shirts will be allowed.

PICTURES: Photo Booth with props $3.00 per picture. (4 shots on each picture)
DISCIPLINE: NO Out of School Suspension (OSS) after Spring Break and all students must be on track to promote.

Saturday, February 13 was the FIRST Lego League Regionals Tournament in which the two Shoal River Robotics teams competed, LEGOBones, earned the Strategy and Innovation award and received a spot at the State Tournament which is taking place in May in Tampa. They did great and we are very proud of them. LEGOtrons also did a great job and won the Teamwork award.

Okaloosa Schools 100th Birthday
The 2015-2016 school year is a historic year for Okaloosa Schools as it marks our 100th birthday as a school district! Monday, February 1st, is also the 100th day of this school year. To honor this hundredth day of our hundredth year, each school received a flag from Congressman Jeff Miller that was flown over our nation’s capital. February 1st, we will raise this flag in honor of our last 100 years.
