PTO would like to recognize the top contributor to our school’s Box Top drive. Tierra Townsend contributed over $1500 dollars worth of Box Tops. This means she turned in over 15,000 labels. WOW! Mr. Kootsouradis’ HORSE class will receive a Good Things doughnut party for their efforts. Good luck in October!
JS2S is Junior Student 2 Student, Military Kid Club, that helps our military kids transition to a new duty station and is a place for all our military kids—ARMY, AIRFORCE, MARINES, NAVY AND COAST GUARD—to join forces, form friendships, have fun, bond and do what we do—be a military family away from home.
.
FCS CLOTHING DRIVE:
The FCS students collected 7 bags of slightly used clothing for the Children In Crisis (CIC) center in Ft. Walton Beach.
They are continuing to collect other needed items such as non perishable goods and daily necessity items during the school year as an ongoing project.

The PTO raised $10,000 this past year and was able to give $5500 directly to the school to use as necessary. PTO also gave money to the media center for the updated AR program, the Destiny catalog program, the Sunshine ice cream party, and the highest AR points party. PTO also funded the tennis team awards for all the players, materials for the Lego League & FCS, and new paper cutters for each hallway.
