Clinic News

The school clinci is longer accepting new medications. ALL medications must be picked up by parent or guardian by 12:55 on Friday May 31, 2019.

Any medication remaining in the clinic at that time will be destroyed.


8th grade Trip to Big Kahunas

For 8th grade Appreciation, 8th grade students will be going to Big Kahunas on May 30th.  Details and information are included with the information sheet and permission form.  Turn in all paperwork and money to your student's Social Studies teacher no later than Friday, May 10th.

2019 - 2020 Dance Team Tryout Information

Dance Team Tryout Clinic will be on May 22nd and May 22rd from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.  Tryouts will be on Saturday, May 25th at 10 a.m.

Concussion Baseline Testing

Concussion Baseline Testing will be held at Choctaw High School on June 13th from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.

Okaloosa County School District strongly recommends a valid and complete neurocognitive baseline test be established for each middle school and high school student-athlete prior to “in-season” sport participation.

Online Volunteer Application now available

For the safety of our children, all volunteers must complete the online volunteer application.

For the 2018-2019 school year, the Okaloosa County School District is changing to a new volunteer system called Raptor. ALL requests to volunteer (including Volunteer Renewals), will start off as a new application. 

To start the application process, complete the Online Volunteer Application (Spanish application coming soon). Volunteer renewals please note: the online application process will be different from previous applications.

Once the online application is complete, an email confirmation and instructions on what to do next will be sent to the applicant.  Please follow all instructions carefully.

Meigs is proud to have a new parent group PAWS - Parents Advancing Wildcats Spirit. This new group has already made a tremendous impact around our campus from providing a wonderful luncheon for teachers on their most recent workday to helping spruce up our campus.
