Okaloosa Online is a K-12 home based public school and we offer several different learning platforms to fit your student’s needs.  Please see the options below:

Grades 6-12

This is the main platform used for Okaloosa County students. These courses are taught by Okaloosa County teachers. This is an internet based, fully digital platform. Edgenuity is used for grades 6-12 and is open year round.  Please contact the guidance counselor at your school for more information about logging into this platform.

Grades K-5

This platform is for students in grades K-5. Calvert is a book-based curriculum. There are certain enrollment periods for the 2017-2018 school year:

  • March 31 - July 31, 2017
  • November 1, 2017 - January 26, 2018 (for 2nd semester)

K12 Program

This program is for home-school students in grade K12 and is designed to encompass more parental involvement as it is predominantly book-based. All registration for this program will be completed online through the K12 program.  K12 has certain enrollment periods for the 2017-2018 school year:

  • March 15, 2017 - October 27, 2017
  • November 1, 2017 - January 29, 2018 (for 2nd semester)

PAEC Virtual Classroom Graphic

This platform is for the students who wish to take a course through Florida Virtual. Courses can be enrolled in at anytime and the teacher may or may not be from Okaloosa County. Please contact your school's guidance counselor for more information about enrolling into a FLVS course.
