Healthy Okaloosa in partnership with Teaching ASPIRE teaches students about healthy habits.

Make It Challenge

The Make-It Challenge asked the students to use their imagination to create something with only a couple of items.  The items used were pipe cleaners and aluminum foil.  The students created the following:  butterfly, castle, skateboard, and other items.

Toilet Paper Estimation and Measurement Challenge

Each student had to estimate how much toilet paper squares they would need to wrap their body.  Once they made their guess, they were wrapped.  Afterwards, the students were unwrapped and measured their squares to see if their estimates were correct.
