
Gold Seal scholarships are awarded by the Florida Department of Education to students who qualify. The scholarship provides for 75% of tuition and fees at Florida public insitutions or its equivalent at a private institution.
Students must have a minimum of three (3) vocational credits. The credits may be vocational job-preparatory or Technology Education programs. The credits should be earned in the same career area (e.g. Information Technology, construction, automotive, Allied Health, etc.)
Students must also have a 3.0 weighted GPA overall in the 15.5 core credit areas and a 3.5 in vocational credits for their vocational program.
They must also reach certain minimum scores on the CPT, SAT or ACT.
